How Deep To Break Hymen

updates

And here I am back to write to update those who occasionally goes by here in my situation.
The good news, there are several things I came back the urge to run, Frank is recovering and could be built to train with him, I started to make some miles and some good work but for the moment still does not compete. The negative is the
............................. fatigue. Mamma mia what I plan. Even training: to make childbirth finico with 6x500 and 4x1500, the medium becomes a long, slow, short vel0ce 6km from 3.30 of a once became 5km to 4.20 ... but the important thing is not having the exhaustion of the previous months ... and I hope to return to point of 3:45 average by September. Goal in 2010 is a 5000 15 '.50 ".. we hope! In the meantime, give fire to the powder around the lake and half of Briancon.
Greetings to all friends old and new that make you want to run and as always do well ...

Tokyo Marui Desert Eagle Sales

GIGN 3, 2009 - Sassi Superga

And last night we finished the race in cazzeggiano although I must say that taking it easy, chatting back of the pack and shoot shit is not that hard ..... Anyway
yesterday with the usual Paul G. family and we went to "compete" (it was not competitive) in the beautiful climb that leads to Sassi Superga ... I skip the trouble to register and write numbers for all the comments at the end.
After a short warm-up we started. Warm but not hot enough day. Party
comfortable with her friend Constance with the idea of giving her a hand I had to give up after a kilometer and a little bit ... too much with his leg up and I would make it hard just looking at it I started to walk ... chat with athletes coming back so to the Basilica. The race winds over a distance of 4.7 km all on asphalt with some really challenging pieces and others that paved the way to breathe a little.
Good friend Paul who I came 26th overall in 28minuti. After
race pasta and dentera to return to Sassi.
After last night is gone half the idea of making half of Turin, the Tuttadritta or any other race Chiabrera . Starting
arrival:
- leaving at 20. We go at 19:20 for 15 minutes after trying to pick up the chest instead required (to save time) the day before via email. Unfortunately, their mail was not working and so, along with other queued 200persone we registered in a closet.
- "unfortunately the chest to deliver the bags the vans are gone, aggiustatevi"
- 19:25 hours we still sign up and tell us that the vans will leave at 19.25 for the bags. ???????????? So we and 300 other people we should go with a shoulder bag?
-I am going to pay the € 5 entry !!!!! Magically the registration fee becomes 10euro HEAD! NO COMMENT !
-arrived Superga I am going to take the race pack, a bag with a Gatorade a Zup - Zup (the Sprite of discount), a water bottle, a "carrier" and a cd advertising fiat 500. And here is the donkey that falls magically !!!!! also race packs are over and to pick up the Gatorade I should introduce myself this week to their home (so people do not live near work, and above all cost me more ... petrol go buy a plateau at the supermarket .. not to mention the rush hour traffic of Turin).
-then I try to console me with a good meal and a nice plate of spaghetti (worth € 5 for families who have not competed, and still want a bite to eat with us athletes). After 20 minutes of what we can have in our style tray table with 2spaghetti number: Jura, 2 forks badly counted: the same amount that I eat at my house to see when the dough is ready, a slice of ham 2 cmx 2cm and a stamp with cheese . Say no to come home at midnight I had to make dinner.
21:50 hours-we end up "to fill your belly and begin to go down and bring us to dentera because they have not been scheduled shuttles to bring down athletes. Dentera has come to 22.30.
Again I want to open a small parenthesis, an organizer of the race would have to agree with GTT and organize climbs and descents at least every fifteen minutes instead of every hour, it is easy intuibire that we were all to get to families with below (other paying € 5 a ticket) to take the only possible shuttle (ie, that of 22.30). A casino and inside the gates to the crazy dentera .

Cold Cereal Low Glycemic

June 2, 2009 - Giaveno

As promised update the blog with every race.
morning with his friend Paul, Mark and David with then we went to families in Giaveno for the race organized by my team ( Tranese ).
last two days of training is not just relaxing (Sunday 1h.24 in 20km and 12km yesterday in progression) led me to compete riposatissimo but not least aware that I'm training again as they should, and that's the main thing. In heating
quite loose.
race that wound on a course of 2 laps of 3.9 km: the first part up a bit ' binding and second down all on asphalt. Same race last year , see post of July 20, 2008 ( http://spaghetto86.blogspot.com/2008/07/20-luglio-2008-giaveno.html ).
In the race started with a little less Scazzi of the last times, I have held up well ... just the first few kilometers uphill in the first part where I saw the front of small groups and with the leg that went pretty well. I arrived at the downhill course but without pushing to avoid compromising the second part of the race but also tomorrow's race will see that I committed to Sassi Superga . First lap done about 4 '/ km on average. At the beginning of the climb on lap two and then I totally nailed: Thank's friend here Tapporosso that gave me a hand for a few hundred yards and his friend David stopped to wait for him he pulled me for a half a kilometer. Conclude then the second part of the second round (the fall) just to finish the race in fluency.
conclusion I can understand that I lack progression in mileage (my progression over time in average 3.45di not wait to be able to do it again) and the average. The lack of competition has affected a lot: it lacks the pace race, the idea of suffering or struggle to gain positions. The fifty minutes slow is not so much ;-). I am very confident, now is the desire to run again by September and also with the help of Frank I hope to be back racing fairly
Very good friend Paul, Mark and David. Beautiful
after the race McDonald 's with french fries, biscuits breaded cheese, and half McToast litra of Coke. Tomorrow evening will compete
the race will start from and arrive in Sassi Superga : only 5km climb. Tonight, perhaps to unlock a bit ' legs in an hour I will sourplasse : so even if I'll arrive rested than not be able to secure over the pass to the head so it pays to train, to use miles and the races as training (at least for the moment).
