Rephresh Breastfeeding

18 April 2009 - Cervasca

I'm back ..........
after my last 2 races to finish withdrawing Cuneo in Cuneo yesterday I decided to re-fold the mountain. Just the mountain was the key component: not having a good condition (unfortunately I'm just back), having no desire to look at the rhythms, take the partial per km, or set the clock continuously resulting in paranoia I attended my first race in the mountains along the paths of the Hill Cervasca.
What can I say ........ is another sport.
just started after about 400 meters and the road began to climb immediately to the dirt roads where I was half right or wrong group, so I naively thought to bring in the former.
But after only six minutes to race the improbable: the lactic acid had already taken place comfortably in my poor thighs and was giving a bitter taste in my throat that flavor that comes after a 3000 fire at full speed. The idea was to stop me, but seeing those walking in front I decided to imitate them: folded in half and helping with the back legs with his arms I began to climb. From my ignorance I thought that walking was easy, indeed ....................................... .... since yesterday but as I understand it is very hard to run. I can only say that I could not stay behind and elderly ladies who came up walking: I had to the best of thighs and calves of marble. The more I tried to increase the pace to recover and the more I stuck having to sell positions (given the pace in single file) to these talented retired at the start I would not have given 2 pounds.
After about half an hour notice the dirt road turns to tarmac and climb down: convinced that the suffering was over crossing the refreshment his friend Augustus leads me to force myself at times saying that I would face the uphill ugly piece ...... .. Coooooooooossssaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ?????? and one just finished what was it?? Immediately you start to climb, clinging to the trees in places like a salami, I tried to pull me up and helped with their arms .... The elderly all this while continuing to extract them from all sides as if the road had been straight.

At the top of the hill and seeing the beautiful landscape around us the race started to decline ... I think to recover positions and threw his head down, but if I climb the old folks have passed I have pulled down! jumping from one stone to another seemed ibex .. .. but I unchecked a boar with his arms flapping in each log.

The only surge of pride was the last mile asphalt road racer from where my talents are making me out to recover a fifteen positions. I conclude these 10km in about 166 and 122 ° in 1h.01 '.09 ". I still have to say that a race other than the usual is good ... I enjoyed it so much and for once there is been the preoccupation of the time, the media, location, etc..
evening ended well with pizza and drink with his friend Frank Augustus and the dragon. Now I think to some other race like this but especially to put in and to return to competitive races and some 10km half marathon.

Buy Milena Velba Dvds

TheSky pocket edition

Here I am today, returning from my holidays ready to write software for handheld and PDA which I found very helpful, having had the opportunity to squeeze it properly at this time.
The software in question is the portable version of the most famous and celebrated "The Sky" for PC.
Of Programs I have tried several, such as "Planetarium" reviewed here in my blog some time ago, but what I found most comfortable and this is complete, especially because it shows the stars in exactly the same way they are shown in the PC software, thereby making easier the work of star hopping, compared to other programs that have a view that perhaps the most confusing (not just that we need while we are freezing at night).
But we come to true to its description of the program just started, just enter the town from which we observe the data (including height) and we are ready to use it.
few intuitive buttons are shown there, one that activates the "search" where you can search for a particular item by its common name or number in a catalog, although two buttons increase and decrease magnification, and two more buttons there allow you to choose which direction to look at (North, South, West, East and Zenit).
Using the menu Instead we can use already pre-set magnifications (Naked-eye, binocular Finder Telescope) with a lot of circles that appear by clicking the "finder" as a field of view.
To center an object and also to read the features, just click on it, at this point will open a window with all data of the object, and we can hit it in the display with a single click on the appropriate button.
We also have the ability to view in large each planet in order to study the position of the satellites or watch the full calendar of moon phases. Cito
last, also having the ability to export the PC version, lists custom objects to observe, or other documents created on your handheld to the pc directly and the possibility (which I do not care) to control the motorized telescope mount (Nexstar and the like), complete with a built-in software alignment procedure.
So the strengths of the program are many, but what convinced me to use it is just the graphic that shows exactly where the stars and the way they do software for the PC as the famous stellarium.
judge him if he had not understood, a great program!

Greetings to all and Happy Easter!

Here I am ... luggage in hand, ready to go.
Driven by the desire to escape for a few days, I decided to go in the mountains, the Gran Sasso in Abruzzo, where I have a small house ...
In the hope that the good time to accompany me, especially because the days that I have to dedicate myself to the deep sky deep sea are few, but you know, hope is the last to die.
Hopefully I can finally look at the sky in a dignified manner, from a dark place with the uppercase "B" and not polluted by the lights of modern life, which in those far-flung places, the mountains there appears to be reached .. .. seems to travel back in time. An entire village without
pubs, boutiques and various supplies ... Only a pharmacy, a post office, and a pizzeria, I think it's paradise. Here in town
I managed with persistence and a bit of tough luck to observe objects, such as the Owl Nebula, M65 in the lion-66, M76 in Perseus ... but you know, the galaxies are another matter, impossible to see M101 and M109 to example, even though I tried often ...
I hope finally, thanks to this trip out of town, to understand what they mean my friends amateurs, when advised to go out in search of dark places, to get a view of the sky "special." What about ...
considerations and various stories are postponed until after Easter when I'll be back!
A special greeting to all and Happy Easter in advance!
